While knowledge, professionalism and customer service are the hallmarks of Premier Consulting Associates, they are also traits that illustrate Cindy’s approach to the health care insurance and benefits market field. Beginning with an education in the health care field, Cindy has degrees in health science and business communication and is continuing her studies in entrepreneurial leadership.
With more than 25 years of experience, Cindy understands all aspects of the company, especially the needs of the clients. Having been a senior client executive of a nationally prominent brokerage firm, senior vice president of client services and compliance at North American Health Plans, and vice president of operations and client services for NOVA Healthcare Administrators, Cindy managed client retention activities for a $40,000,000 book of business that handled in excess of $1 billion dollars in claims.
While she analyzed, designed, and implemented many aspects of health care plans, her main focus has always been on client needs and service. She joined Premier one year after its founding, and today Cindy develops strategic planning, growth opportunities, and product development, as well as attends to marketing and sales.
Cindy has been recognized and honored by two of the nation’s leading pharmaceutical benefits managers and has participated in leaders’ forums in the pharmacy management development field. She is past president and current board member of the New York Employee Benefits Conference, current board member of Crisis Services, a New York State Purchaser Advisory Council Member, an executive board member of Eldorado Computing, Inc. and sits on the board at Lady of Victory Homes of Charity. She is also licensed as a New York State Life, Accident and Health agent.
