CEO and FounderNearly 30 years ago, William Brothers began a professional life dedicated to providing personal and critical service in the health care administration and managed care industry. With a degree in business administration from Buffalo State College and experience at Liberty Mutual Insurance Company as a group specialist, and later as vice president and partner at NOVA Healthcare Administrators, Bill spent many years developing and growing businesses that specialized in health insurance products and third-party administration of health benefits.
Bill recognized the growing need for a benefits solution company that was dedicated to providing clients with diverse tools for the health care needs of the 21st century. That led him to found Premier Consulting Associates in 2003. Bill believes that state-of-the-art technology and expert knowledge of the ever-changing health care field are the foundations of Premier Consulting Associates.
Bill brings his years of experience and dedication to his clients, as well as a specialization in risk management, plan analysis, and recognition of the impact of alternative funding mechanisms on short- and long-term medical plan goals. Bill represents clients in planning on all levels, including those related to labor relations, carrier negotiations, plan modeling and cost projections.
A member of the Society of Human Resource Managers and the Highmark Health Advisory Board, Bill is also licensed as a New York State Life, Accident and Health agent. In 2010, Bill was recognized by the Resource Center of Jamestown, New York as the Carl Cappa Humanitarian of the Year, in honor of his dedication to those in need.
Premier is client-centered because at the heart of the company is Bill’s belief that clients must be given service and value.
