Today I want to share with you the story of Premier’s “Launch Lunch”, which occurred on April 23, 2012.
After several months of working on website content, choosing designs, and organizing layouts we knew it was time to celebrate our work. Susan Wilson came up with the idea of a “Launch Lunch,” where we would debut the newly designed site to our fellow employees. Was this not a great idea?
Cindy Hagen organized the lunch, cake and even bought balloons in a couple of our signature colors. Premier employees trickled into our large conference room as “Celebrate Good Times” played on the laptop. Everyone gathered their lunches, sat down around the table and we went through each page of our fresh site. It was rewarding and exciting for the website team to see a positive reaction come through the other Premier employees. After encouraging reviews, constructive critiques and talk of future direction for the website, our bellies were full and we had to get back to work. The “Launch Lunch” was a success.
