Premier’s clients are award-winning!

Recently, both Jamestown Board of Public Utilities and the Resource Center won the 2018 Buffalo Business First Healthiest Employer award in their respective divisions (Medium and Extra Large). Both companies are very passionate about and dedicated to workplace wellness and providing a safe and healthy environment for their employees.  Premier collaborates with our clients, their wellness vendors, and their wellness committees to ensure that they are offering exceptional programs to their employees.

Susan Schrembs, Director of Client Relations, and Rebecca Reina, Manager of Wellness Services, work with our clients and wellness vendors to monitor and track client wellness screenings, health trends and chronic disease states.

Wellness programs can increase employee productivity and performance, create a sense of accomplishment and team participation, and can also help employees manage stress.

Implementing wellness and disease management strategies can help control and/or reduce risk factors, resulting in reduced cost to the member and to the employer.

Healthier employees mean a healthier plan. Congratulations to Jamestown BPU and the Resource Center on a job well done!
